Developed together with the Rolls Royce Silver Seraph, the Bentley Arnage was presented in spring 1998, equipped with a BMW 4.4-liter V8, modified by Cosworth and equipped with a turbocharger. The power was 354 horsepower. In 1999, after the Bentley's transition to the Volkswagen group, the famous 6.75-liter engine made its comeback. The Arnage range was thus composed of the Green Label (BMW V8 engine) and the Red Label, with the 6.75-liter V8 with 406 horsepower. The Green Label went out of production in 2000, while the Red Label (which later became R) was produced until 2009.
