С учётом НДС €64.95 In the late 1960s, Porsche needed a cheaper model than the 911 to be presented as an entry level in the range. A new collaboration with Volkswagen led to the development of the 914, an original coupe with a removable roof and central engine. The less powerful version was powered by a 1679cc and 80 horsepower 4-cylinder unit, but a 6-cylinder version (called 914/6) with a 1991cc and 110 horsepower engine was also available. The 914 probably lived always in the shadow of the 911, but it was competitive in racing, also clinching a GT victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970.
