With its white bodywork, red and blue stripes and the number 53, the appearance was roughly that of the Herbie Beetle, star of a successful film series. This was in fact the purpose, on the occasion of the fifty years of the first film: for the 24 Hours of Spa 2019, a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup was transformed to resemble Herbie as closely as possible. Piloted by Duez / Deman / Lémeret / De Tavernier, it was registered off the charts and out of any category, for charitable purposes.
