Since the early seventies, Rainer Buchmann's b + b studio has specialized in the transformation and customization of sports cars such as the Porsche 911 or 928. At the end of the seventies, the CW311 was also presented, a luxurious coupe with a style inspired by that of the Mercedes C111. On the basis of the CW311 the Isdera Imperator was created.
