After a year of absence in production, the 911 Turbo returned at the 1990 Geneva Motor Show, this time with the specs of the 964 series which had been introduced in 1988. The engine retained the 3.3 liter displacement of the previous 911 Turbo, but with an increase in power from 300 to 320 bhp. More effective but perhaps less exciting than the Turbo of the old series, the 964 would have received in October 1992 a 3.6-liter engine (therefore aligned on the displacement of the Carrera) delivering 360 bhp.
Welly, which is based in Hong Kong, began producing die-cast toy vehicles in 1979. The brand was characterized by a very varied range with different scales, but from the early 2000s it also began to deal with models for the collector market, always at various scales.
